The US Equity IPO Detailed dataset provides information on Initial Public Offering (IPO) events for the whole US market, excluding Over-the-Counter. Usually, IPO data is available a few days before the event itself providing access to such fields as ticker, SecId, first trading day, ISIN, etc. Also, the dataset offers a possibility for tracking IPO status: new IPO that happened recently, IPO that was postponed for some reason, etc.

In addition to the fields covered in the basic version, it includes Par Value, Initial Price, Underwriter information, etc.
